2. ในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ old Age หรือผู้ที่มีภาวะภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง Immunocompromise อาจจะมีไข้ไม่ชัดเจนหรือไม่มีไข้ได้
… อาการ รวมอื่นๆ เช่น หนาวสั่น ปวดเมื่อยกล้ามเนื้อ เบื่ออาหาร ปวดศีรษะ ปวดตามข้อมีน้ำมูกคัดจมูก ไอ เจ็บคอ คลื่นไส้ อาเจียนท้องเสีย
.. 💦วินิจฉัย โดยการตรวจ แอนติเจน จากโพรงจมูก หรือการตรวจ rt pcr
.. พิจารณาให้ยารับประทาน 5 วันเพื่อลดอาการแทรกซ้อนและรุนแรง
.. และพิจารณา#ให้ยาป้องกันก่อนการสัมผัสและหลังการสัมผัส
ในกรณีที่ผู้ป่วยมีความเสี่ยงสูงที่จะเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อน #ผู้สูงอายุ #ภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง โดยจะเริ่มยา ให้เร็วที่สุดหลังจากสัมผัสเชื้อ หรือคาดว่าวัคซีนที่ได้มาจะมีประสิทธิภาพไม่ดี
